What: Each week I’ll post a wellness related goal for the week along with an update of my goal from the previous week.
Why: Summer always tends to throw me out of a routine. With all of the traveling that usually comes with summer, it can be hard to stick to a workout routine and eating healthily. And keeping up with a challenge will certainly help over the holidays when we all tend to overindulge.
